1. Nature of Services AarogyaSage facilitates the booking of consultations and coaching sessions with dietitians, trainers, coaches, and team experts. Because these are service-based interactions and not physical goods, traditional "returns" do not apply to our platform.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy * 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. * Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.
3. Refund Policy * Completed Sessions: Strictly no refunds will be provided for completed sessions, coaching, or training services once they have been rendered. * Pre-Paid Packages: If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to terminate the agreement early, refunds for unused sessions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee. * Expert Cancellations: In the rare event that your selected dietitian, trainer, or coach must cancel an appointment and a suitable rescheduling time cannot be arranged, a full refund for that specific session will be issued.
