Nutrition
Balanced, practical meals that support recovery, energy and—where relevant—breastfeeding needs.
A compassionate journey back to feeling strong, nourished and like yourself—at a pace that respects your recovery, your baby and the woman you are becoming.
Postpartum life can reshape your body, energy, routines and sense of self. The Divine is designed to support a gradual return to wellbeing—not pressure you to “bounce back.”
The programme is educational and coaching-based. It does not replace your obstetric, pelvic-health or other medical care.
Postpartum wellbeing is more than a number on a scale. We bring the foundations together, with the focus adjusted to your needs and stage of recovery.
Balanced, practical meals that support recovery, energy and—where relevant—breastfeeding needs.
Gradual, readiness-led activity to rebuild mobility, strength and confidence over time.
Supportive routines for rest, stress awareness, breathing and realistic self-care.
Non-judgemental coaching that values function, wellbeing and your personal definition of progress.
There is no universal postpartum timeline. These are flexible focus areas—not fixed deadlines or medical clearance milestones.
Prioritise clinical follow-up, rest where possible, hydration, nourishment and gentle daily function as advised by your care team.
Focus: safety and basic supportWhen cleared and ready, begin appropriate mobility, breathing and gradual strength work, with adjustments for symptoms and energy.
Focus: confidence and consistencyProgress activity and body-composition goals only when recovery, feeding needs, sleep and clinical guidance make it appropriate.
Focus: sustainable habitsYour nutrition plan should respond to appetite, cultural preferences, practical cooking time, recovery and whether you are breastfeeding. No crash diets. No rigid “perfect” menu.
Movement is introduced in line with medical clearance, birth recovery, symptoms and individual capacity. Your starting point may be very different from someone else’s.
Pelvic heaviness, leaking, pain, wound concerns or unusual symptoms should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before progressing.
Illustrative movement categories only. Specific exercises, intensity and timing depend on individual assessment and clearance.
Comfort-led movement and mobility options to support everyday function as recovery allows.
Breath awareness, body connection and supported practices that can be adapted to your needs.
Progressive resistance and functional strength only when cleared and symptom-appropriate.
Postpartum change can be emotional as well as physical. The Divine encourages compassionate routines, supportive relationships and space to notice how you are doing—without expecting you to feel one particular way.
Your coach helps turn broad goals into manageable actions, revisiting the plan as your routine, recovery and priorities change.

Postpartum recovery is not linear. We do not use shame, restrictive targets or one-size-fits-all exercise prescriptions.
The Divine is a wellness and nutrition coaching programme, not medical treatment, physiotherapy or mental-health care. Please seek guidance from your obstetrician or qualified healthcare professional before starting or progressing exercise, particularly after caesarean birth, complications, ongoing pain or other concerns. Urgent or worrying symptoms need prompt medical assessment.
Weight-loss goals are considered only when appropriate for your recovery and nutritional needs. If breastfeeding, nutrition should support adequate energy and milk-feeding needs. Emotional distress deserves support from a qualified mental-health professional; coaching is not a substitute.
There is no requirement to pursue weight loss to take part in postpartum wellbeing support.
Every postpartum experience is different. These answers explain the programme approach; personal recommendations come after consultation.
There is no universal start date. Timing depends on your birth experience, recovery, symptoms and guidance from your healthcare professional. The first conversation can focus on nutrition and practical support while movement is deferred if needed.

Potentially, subject to individual suitability. Nutrition planning should account for feeding needs, appetite, hydration and adequate energy. Avoid restrictive approaches and discuss concerns with your clinician.
No. Movement is individualised and introduced progressively only when medically cleared and appropriate. Some participants may begin with everyday mobility or may need to pause exercise while receiving clinical care.
No. Where symptoms or clinical needs arise, we encourage assessment by appropriately qualified professionals and adapt coaching within its scope.
