A whole-person approach

Understand your gut. Rebuild your routine.

Digestive comfort can be shaped by many factors, including food patterns, hydration, stress, sleep, activity, medications and underlying health conditions. Gut Rebuild starts by understanding your experience rather than applying a one-size-fits-all food list.

Together, we identify practical nutrition priorities and everyday habits that can be reviewed and adapted over time.

Why gut-focused care

Make sense of the signals your body gives you.

Digestive symptoms are individual and can have different causes. The programme focuses on practical support and appropriate clinical referral—not promises of a cure.

01

Food confidence

Build a flexible understanding of meals, portions and personal tolerance.

02

Pattern awareness

Notice relevant links between routines, food choices and digestive experiences.

03

Everyday comfort

Explore suitable habits that may support comfort and regularity.

04

Guided decisions

Know when nutrition changes may help and when clinical input matters.

The philosophy

Evidence-informed. Individual-first.

Gut Rebuild combines nutrition assessment, food-pattern review and realistic lifestyle coaching. Recommendations are shaped by your symptoms, medical history, dietary preferences, access to food and any care already provided by your clinician.

Restrictive diets, supplements and elimination plans are not default solutions. Any structured intervention should have a clear rationale, appropriate supervision and a plan for review.

  • Understand symptoms, history and goals
  • Prioritise adequacy, variety and tolerance
  • Build habits around your real schedule
  • Coordinate with clinical care when needed

This is a simplified interactive illustration. It does not show all digestive structures, their exact anatomical relationships or individual function, and it cannot identify the cause of symptoms.

Nutrition foundations

Support the gut without losing food confidence.

There is no single ideal menu for every digestive concern. The starting point is nutritional adequacy, tolerance and the needs of the individual.

FOUNDATION 01
◉

Fibre, thoughtfully

Explore suitable fibre sources and portions, adjusted to symptoms, intake and clinical guidance.

FOUNDATION 02
⌁

Balanced nourishment

Include varied food groups and adequate energy and protein for your individual requirements.

FOUNDATION 03
◌

Hydration & rhythm

Build practical fluid and meal routines that suit your day, medical context and preferences.

Food and digestive comfort

Build a plate that works for you.

Food responses can vary. Rather than labelling foods as universally “good” or “bad”, we review portions, preparation, combinations and patterns in the context of your experience.

  • Familiar, culturally relevant meals
  • Gradual and considered dietary adjustments
  • Variety guided by tolerance and adequacy
  • Practical meal planning and preparation

Extensive restriction can affect nutrient intake and quality of life. Any elimination or reintroduction strategy should be individually justified and professionally supervised.

Everyday digestive habits

HABIT 01
◷

Meal regularity

Find a meal rhythm that fits appetite, schedule and any symptoms around eating.

HABIT 02
≈

Mindful pace

Allow time to eat comfortably and notice hunger, fullness and personal responses.

HABIT 03
↗

Suitable movement

Include regular activity at a level that fits your capacity and health context.

A considered progression

Build change in phases, not all at once.

The pace and sequence depend on the individual assessment and agreed plan.

PHASE 01 · ASSESS

Understand the pattern.

Review food intake, digestive experiences, medical history, relevant investigations and current clinical care.

PHASE 02 · PERSONALISE

Make focused adjustments.

Agree on realistic nutrition and lifestyle priorities, monitoring tolerance and maintaining nutritional adequacy.

PHASE 03 · INTEGRATE

Build a sustainable routine.

Review what is useful, reduce unnecessary complexity and identify next steps or referrals where appropriate.

Personalised support

Review, refine and move forward.

Regular check-ins create space to discuss changes, barriers, food confidence and the practical fit of your plan. Recommendations can be updated as your needs, preferences or clinical guidance evolve.

  • Agreed check-ins and review points
  • Nutrition and routine adjustments
  • Attention to adequacy and food flexibility
  • Coordination with your healthcare team when appropriate
Notice your progress

Measure what matters to you.

Progress is individual. Reviews focus on meaningful indicators and do not promise symptom resolution or a specific health outcome.

01

Symptom patterns

Track relevant changes in frequency, intensity or triggers, where useful.

02

Food confidence

Notice comfort with meal choices, variety and eating in daily life.

03

Frequently asked questions

Know what Gut Rebuild involves.

Understand the programme and its role before deciding whether it is right for you.

Does Gut Rebuild cure IBS, acidity or other digestive conditions?

No. Gut Rebuild is a nutrition and lifestyle support programme, not a cure or a replacement for diagnosis or treatment. Digestive symptoms can have many causes, so appropriate clinical assessment is important.

Will I need to stop eating gluten, dairy or other foods?

Not by default. Restriction is not appropriate for everyone and may reduce nutritional adequacy. Any elimination or reintroduction plan should have a clear reason and professional supervision.

Are probiotics or supplements included?

Not automatically. Suitability depends on the individual, evidence, medications, medical history and clinician advice. Supplements should not replace assessment or prescribed treatment.

Can I join if I already have a diagnosis?

Nutrition support may complement care for some diagnosed conditions. Share relevant medical information and coordinate changes with your treating clinician, especially if symptoms are severe or changing.

When should I seek medical attention?

Seek prompt medical assessment for blood in stool, persistent vomiting, severe or worsening abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing, signs of dehydration or other concerning new symptoms.
