### BOOKING & CONSULTATION POLICY **Booking & Payment:** Appointments are confirmed after successful payment and are subject to availability. Clients may choose Online, Office, or Home Consultation. Additional travel charges may apply to home visits. **Rescheduling:** Online consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 6 hours’ notice. Office and Home consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. **Cancellation & Refunds:** Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Eligible cancellations may receive a refund or service credit after deduction of applicable processing or travel charges. **Late Arrival:** Delays may reduce consultation time. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling or be considered a missed appointment. **Home Visits:** Clients must provide accurate location and contact details. If the professional has already commenced travel, applicable travel expenses are non-refundable. **Professional Scope:** Consultations are provided by appropriately qualified professionals within their respective scope of practice. Our services support health, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle goals and do not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, or medical treatment. **Client Responsibility:** Clients must provide accurate health and lifestyle information. Individual outcomes vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed. **Privacy:** Personal and health information will be handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. **By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Booking, Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy policies.**
